All products except dresses (e.g., Graphic tees, long sleeves, hoodies, tops, home and decor items) are custom-made on a customer demand of the design and created per order. We cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the items are damaged, misprinted, or defective.

However, if for any reason you want to return your dress within the 30 days from the order delivered date on the tracking provided, rest assured that we’ve streamlined the return process for your convenience. Don’t hesitate to reach out to us at cs@newurl.com.

**1. Return Eligibility:**

   – Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order (based on the shipper’s tracking number – delivered date).

   – Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

   – Returns must include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation email.

  • FINAL SALE ITEMS cannot be returned or exchanged, unless required by law.

**2. Return Initiation:**

   – To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at cs@newurl.com.

   – Clearly indicate the reason for the return and provide your order number for reference.

**3. Customer Responsible for Return Shipping:**

   – Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

   – We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure safe return delivery.

**4. Refund Process:**

   – Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.

   – Refunds will be issued for the cost of the returned product(s) only.

   – Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

**5. Processing Time:**

   – Please allow 3-7 days for us to process your return and issue a refund.

   – The refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days, and it may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

**6. Exchange Option:**

   – At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, style, or color, please place a new order on our website.

**7. Damaged or Incorrect Items:**

   – If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

**8. Graphic Tees, Long Sleeves, Tops**

   – All products other than dresses (e.g. Graphic tees, long sleeves, hoodies, tops) are custom-made through a print-on-demand process, tailored specifically to the design and created as a per order basis. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the received item is damaged, misprinted, or defective. If you believe your order has any manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. If the product itself is flawed; the quality of the printing is poor; or if the final product is materially different from the design presented on Vesperblue.com, we will reprint & reship the new product to the customer. We may require visual confirmation (photographic evidence) from the customer to verify the claim. We retain the right to refuse any returns when the customer is unable to provide any visual confirmation. 

**9. Home and Decor Items**

  • All Home and decor products are custom-made through a print-on-demand process, tailored specifically to the design and created as a per order basis. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the received item is damaged, misprinted or defective. If you believe your order has any manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. If the product itself is flawed; the quality of the printing is poor; or if the final product is materially different from the design presented on Vesperblue.com, we will reprint & reship the new product to the customer.
